So from my own kitchen I’ve spent the last few years developing tasty but healthy recipe ideas that are designed to work for real families: easy to prepare and budget-friendly – and I promise you don’t need to be an expert to cook them! Now I’ve handpicked the very best to go onto Flora’s new Facebook App,
“Healthy Family Recipes”, where I’ll give you a new recipe each week. All of my recipes have been road-tested on my friends, family, Flora Nutrition experts – and of course, my own three kids.

Besides the recipes, I’ve also picked up loads of little tips along the way and sometimes it’s these little changes that make all the difference to your health. Now, with Flora’s help, I’m about to share these little changes and ideas with you (don’t you find that sometimes the best parenting advice comes from the school gates rather than ‘the experts’?!).
I’ll also be setting you weekly (and bonus daily) challenges. Some will be foodie ideas to inspire you, others might be more activity-based. But you have my word that the focus will be fun, not hard work (no orders to get down the gym or run round the block ten times!). These are fun, family-based challenges that will really make a difference in creating a healthier lifestyle.
